Join us for a vibrant morning of spring birding at Cope Environmental Center—one of the newest destinations on the Indiana Birding Trail! As spring migration hits its peak, this is the perfect time to spot a variety of colorful and melodious migrants, including warblers, vireos, and flycatchers.
Led by Cope’s Program Coordinator, Jeremy Proeschel, this guided field trip invites birders of all skill levels to explore our diverse habitats and sharpen their bird identification skills. We'll focus on recognizing species by both sight and sound as these fleeting visitors make their way north to the boreal forest.
The walk begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time and will wrap up by noon—just in time for lunch. Come connect with nature, learn from an expert, and enjoy the beauty of birds in springtime!
