Come join us at Earlham College Friday May 3rd, for our bird Research Demo/hike event. Professor of Biology & Ornithology, Wendy Tori of Earlham College will be hosting a bird research demonstration and bird hike for the Cope Pre-birdathon week. Join us from 7:45 am to learn about the banding process and why this research is so important for learning about and protecting birds. You will have the opportunity to see feathered friends up close and learn about all the many different species that migrate through Wayne County every spring. We will meet at the back campus parking lot of Earlham College next to the baseball fields and tennis courts. Wear comfortable hiking shoes, dress for the weather, please no pets, and bring your binoculars!
Registration is required for this event.
Location is at the Back Campus at Earlham and parking will be at Sadler Stadium.
