Discover the tiny, fascinating creatures that begin their lives in this vital ecosystem—many of which are indicators of healthy water. During this hands-on family activity, you'll help us assess our wetlands by using dip nets to collect critters, and we’ll teach you how to explore wetland areas near your own home. Kids will enjoy up-close encounters with turtles and other wildlife, and everyone can take home a fun wetland-themed craft!
