Reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit to find that space of stillness within. Through the practice of yoga and meditation, this 60-minute class will help you become more present and aware of your own body and nature. Cierra will gently hold space for her students as they learn to dissolve obstacles both on and off the mat, allowing true personal freedom to radiate from the inside out.

Yogis of all levels are encouraged to join. Classes are beginner friendly. We ask that you bring your own mat and any other props you choose to work with. Come find out what yoga can do for you!

ABOUT YOGA:

Yoga is a practice that connects the body, mind, and spirit through different body postures, meditation and controlled breathing. It has many health benefits that include improved brain function, balance, lowers stress levels and blood pressure, improves lung capacity, increases strength and improves mental health. Yoga also connects a person to the universe.

Practicing yoga outdoors brings a union with nature. Humans have evolved from nature and are deeply connected to it but due to busy lives, there has been a disconnection. Our brain recognizes that the body is back in its native environment when we spend time outside and regenerates itself to stay alert and grounded. The amount of energy that is depleted by staying in an artificial environment most of the time gets replenished by forming a strong bond with nature and its elements.
