Whether you are on a country road, in the woods, or downtown, there are chances that you will see a hawk, eagle, falcon,owl, or vulture soaring overhead or roosting nearby. Join for a wonderful hike through Cope as we hike the property in search of birds of prey. We will learn about the lives of this majestic family of birds and the important role that they play in our ecosystems. We will talk about the basics of identifying these birds as they fly above you and where each type of raptor likes to live. We will also talk about impacts on this family of birds and what we can do to help them survive.
