Join us for a relaxing morning as we walk along the north side of Cope in search of birds! We will be looking for all kinds of birds, but our focus will be on prairie, wetland, and wood edge species. From Sora to Sedge Wren, and Prairie warblers to Cuckoos you never know what you are going to see. This walk will focus on the north side of our property and will be a slow moderate pace on wide relatively flat trails. You will learn basic birding and key skills in listening to and identifying birds. You will learn where the birds prefer to be in the foliage and the best times of day to find different species.
